Absolutely fantastic 2 days on the novice hook course. Ian is an amazing instructor very knowledgeable and welcoming, tailors his teaching to each individual and gives you all the time you need. Non-stop brews and biscuits all day. I’ll defo be back for more training and cannot recommend enough! Thanks dude.
