We have another packed and productive week ahead at Reach Training! With both ALLMI Lorry Loader and RTITB courses on the schedule, there’s a lot of hands-on, safety-critical training going on — always a good sign of high standards and professionalis
We’ll be covering a lot of ground, from load handling and safety regulations to operator competency.
We always have a solid, battle-tested toolkit — this makes for smoother delivery and more confident learners. With courses like these, consistency and clarity are key, especially when safety and compliance are on the line.
We always have mix of experience levels, backgrounds, and industries that make each session feel fresh — and helps keeps us sharp as a trainers too.
We understand that experienced trainees often come with their own methods and aren’t always quick to change, especially if they’ve been doing things a certain way for years. It can be a challenge, but also a good opportunity to reinforce the why behind the standards and regulations.
Here at Reach Training, we use Real-world examples, regulations, and hands-on demos. It’s hard to argue with that combination! We do it all! When even the seasoned pros realise there’s still something to learn. We know we’ve done our job well and this happens every time we run an experienced course. Everyone will go away knowing that they have gained something from it.
Don’t forget at Reach Training, we are all inclusive. Anyone can come to us and be made to feel comfortable. We specialise in helping everybody and we have a lot of people come through our doors who have learning needs, such as ASD or Dyslexia because of this. When someone with dyslexia or other learning challenges truly gets it, especially in a hands-on, technical environment, it’s a huge win. It shows that our delivery goes beyond just ticking boxes — we’re meeting people where they are.
